Do I need to book ahead, or can I walk in?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but Saturdays book out by Thursday. The fastest path is the booking screen — three taps, ten seconds. You'll see live availability across all three branches.
How long does a full detail take?+
3 hours on average for a standard SUV. The app shows you the live count-down once your job starts.
What if I don't like the result?+
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-do it free. Our QC pass rate is 94% — we'd rather catch it in the bay than in the parking lot.
Do you do pickup and delivery?+
For ceramic coatings, fleet customers, and premium-tier services — yes, included. For other services, ₵40 within 8km, ₵80 beyond.
Can you handle ceramic on an older car?+
Yes, and we recommend a paint correction first. A free assessment will tell you whether the paint needs one or two stages before we coat.
What payment methods do you take?+
MoMo (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa/Mastercard, cash, and Net-30 invoicing for fleet contracts. All payments issue GRA-compliant E-VAT receipts.
